Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Bioinformatics, CS, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R with relevant libraries.
• Experience handling large biological datasets (NGS) and statistical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML models and statistical methods for genomic data.
• Design and manage big data pipelines for analysis.
• Collaborate with biologists and analysts to translate problems into data science tasks.
• Visualize complex biological data for diverse stakeholders.
• Contribute to development of bioinformatics tools and software.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.
