Qualifications

• PhD in Genomics/Bioinformatics/Computational Biology or related field.
• At least 4 years of genomics research and bioinformatics analysis experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R with relevant libraries.
• Experience analyzing NGS data and using bioinformatics tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement genomic studies (WGS, exome, RNA-Seq).
• Analyze large-scale genomic data using pipelines and statistics.
• Develop computational tools for variant calling, annotation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with biologists and clinicians to translate findings.
• Maintain genomic databases and computational infrastructure.
• Contribute to publications and present at conferences.
