Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler to enhance project delivery in Nelspruit. You will create and manage detailed BIM models using Revit, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project standards.

You will collaborate with architects and engineers, detect and resolve clashes, and generate construction documentation directly from BIM models. The role offers hybrid work with access to cutting-edge BIM technology and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of BIM modeling experience.
• Expert in Autodesk Revit with architectural detailing.
• Experience with Navisworks clash detection.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Modeler to enhance their project delivery capabilities in Nelspruit . You will be responsible for creating and managing detailed Building Information Models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project BIM standards. This role requires a deep technical expertise in BIM software and a thorough understanding of architectural and construction processes. You will play a key role in improving project efficiency and quality through advanced modeling techniques and collaborative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex BIM models for architectural projects using Revit.
