Placements24 is seeking a skilled BIM Specialist with a strong architectural background to join their client in Klerksdorp, North West. This role focuses on developing and implementing BIM strategies across all project phases, enhancing design coordination and documentation accuracy.

You will play a key part in streamlining project workflows, training staff on BIM software, and leading BIM implementation within a forward-thinking architecture-backed firm in North West Province.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Specialist or BIM Coordinator in an architectural environment.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with a deep understanding of BIM principles.
• Experience with other BIM-related software and tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to digital modeling.
