You will lead a team of BIM specialists, collaborate with project managers, architects and engineers, and ensure seamless data flow, model clashes resolution, and high-quality BIM deliverables through disciplined BIM execution plans.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in BIM coordination on large-scale projects.
• Expert knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and related BIM software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and enforcing BIM execution plans.
• Relevant BIM qualifications or certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for all projects.
• Manage and coordinate the federated BIM model, resolving clashes and ensuring data integrity.
