Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join a fully remote project delivery team. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and managing BIM processes across construction projects, ensuring accurate, coordinated 3D models and efficient interdisciplinary collaboration.

You will drive BIM optimization, conduct model audits, and provide training to project teams on BIM software and best practices while connecting with teams across locations for digital execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Expert proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans for projects, setting standards and protocols.
• Coordinate and manage BIM models from multiple disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP), identifying and resolving clashes.
• Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
