Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior BIM Architect to lead BIM implementation and optimization across projects in a fully remote setting. You will set BIM standards, workflows, and strategies, driving digital transformation with a global, remote-first team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in architecture with 6+ years in BIM, expert Revit skills, and a track record of coordinating multi-disciplinary BIM models and training teams.

Qualifications

• Professional registration as an Architect or equivalent advanced degree in Architecture/Construction Management.
• 10+ years of architectural experience with at least 6 years in BIM implementation/management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360).
• Experience in developing and enforcing BIM standards and execution plans.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and BIM integration across phases.
• Excellent communication, leadership and training skills for a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Lead the BIM execution plan for complex projects, ensuring data integrity and collaboration.
• Provide technical expertise and training to architectural and project teams on BIM software and best practices.
• Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models, resolve clashes and ensure data accuracy.
• Oversee the creation and management of the BIM content library, including families and templates.
• Stay abreast of BIM advancements and explore their application within the firm.
