About the Role

Our client, a renowned architectural practice specializing in large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments, is seeking an experienced Lead BIM Architect to join their thriving office in Tembisa, Gauteng . This is a senior position where you will spearhead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows across all project phases. You will play a crucial role in enhancing design coordination, improving project efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of technical delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of BIM technologies and their application in modern architectural practice, coupled with strong leadership capabilities to guide a dedicated BIM team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive BIM strategies and standards for the practice.
• Lead and manage a team of BIM specialists and technicians, providing technical direction and mentorship.

Requirements
