Placements24 is seeking a Senior BIM Architect to lead the implementation and management of BIM processes for projects in a remote-first setup with a connection to the Bloemfontein region.

You will develop BIM standards, train project teams, manage BIM models, and ensure seamless collaboration with consultants and contractors to optimize design accuracy and delivery.

Qualifications

• Architect or related degree with BIM specialization.
• 8+ years in architectural practice, with 5+ years BIM experience.
• Proficiency in Revit; knowledge of Navisworks and BIM 360.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Based loosely out of Bloemfontein , this role is crucial for enhancing design accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across all project stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing BIM standards, training project teams, and ensuring the successful integration of BIM technology into the design and construction workflow. This is a remote-first opportunity for an expert in BIM to shape the future of digital design and delivery within a progressive architectural firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.

Requirements
