Responsibilities

• Identify and assess tender opportunities aligned to the company's growth strategy.
• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through to contract award.
• Develop and execute bid strategies that improve win rates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, SHEQ, and Legal.
• Prepare and review high-quality, compliant tender submissions.
• Lead pricing, costing, and commercial proposal development.
• Ensure all bid documentation complies with client and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain an effective bid pipeline and tender database.
• Build relationships with clients, procurement departments, and strategic partners.
• Conduct post-bid evaluations and implement lessons learned.
• Monitor government, municipal, SOE, and private-sector procurement opportunities.
• Support business development initiatives and strategic growth objectives.
• Assess, restructure, and optimize the current Bid, Tender, and Business
• Development team to improve performance, efficiency, and bid success rates.
• Evaluate existing team capabilities, identify skills gaps, and implement appropriate development plans.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, performance standards, and accountability measures within the department.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing bid and proposal professionals where required.
• Drive a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
