Hire Resolve seeks a BI Developer to design, implement, and maintain a SQL Data Warehouse, ensuring optimal performance and resource efficiency for reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities include BI solution design, reporting/dashboard development, issue resolution, performance tuning, and continuous improvement, with strong emphasis on delivering reliable service and technical support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in designing, prepping, configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining BI solutions.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Data Warehouse developer role.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Matric; tertiary education or relevant certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain operational reports and dashboards/visualisations.
• Identify and resolve data reporting issues.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to optimize queries and performance.
• Recommend improvements to provide optimum reporting solutions.
• Provide technical support and diagnose incidents, escalating when needed.
• Ensure BI incidents or requests are resolved, maintaining customer satisfaction.
