Placements24 in East London, Eastern Cape, is seeking a Senior BI Developer to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, dashboards, reports, and data models in a collaborative analytics environment.

The role requires 5+ years of BI experience, strong SQL, ETL tools, and expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data warehouses and meaningful visualizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in BI development or related data analytics.
• Experience designing data warehouses and data marts.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Hands-on ETL experience (SSIS, Informatica, Talend).
• Expertise in BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
• Understanding of dimensional modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication with business users.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data warehouses and data marts.
