Job summary

Idbasesoftware is seeking a Senior BI Lead to shape and govern our BI strategy. You will own the design, development, and delivery of dashboards and data models that power decision-making across clients and internal teams.

You will mentor a small BI team, collaborate with IT, risk, finance, and operations, and translate complex requirements into scalable solutions while championing data quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical authority for BI, setting best practices, standards, and design principles across the BI estate.
• Coordinate and guide a small team of BI Analysts, balancing hands-on delivery with review, mentoring, and technical direction.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of BI solutions, from requirement definition through to deployment and ongoing enhancement.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-designed BI solutions.
• Review BI outputs to ensure accuracy, performance, usability, and consistency.
• Drive standardization and reusability of reports, data models, and metrics across the organization.
