Placements24 seeks a Senior BI Developer to join its Paarl analytics team. You will design, develop, and maintain data warehouses, build robust ETL pipelines, and deliver dashboards that translate raw data into actionable insights. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI development and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with ETL tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise with at least one major BI visualization tool.
• Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (e.g., Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data warehouses and data marts.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance of BI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other members of the analytics team.
