The role emphasizes distributed systems, performance optimization, and remote-first collaboration. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in backend development, strong experience with Java/Python/Go/Node.js, and expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in developing and maintaining microservices architectures.
• Expertise in at least one major backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js).
• Solid understanding of relational databases, NoSQL databases, and caching mechanisms.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote team.

Responsibilities
