The role requires 5+ years of backend experience, proficiency in Python/Go/Java/Node.js, and hands-on with databases, cloud platforms, and microservices. Strong communication and remote-working discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Node.js).
• Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and caching mechanisms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
• Optimize performance, database efficiency, and system architecture for high availability and throughput.
