Job summary

Rapid Spill Response seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales function in South Africa, overseeing pipeline management and coordination with Operations, Finance and Compliance. The role centers on disciplined follow-up, accurate reporting, and structured processes to convert opportunities into revenue.

You will drive revenue growth, manage quotations and tenders, and ensure robust customer relationship management across key accounts in the industrial and environmental sectors.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience managing a sales team.
• Strong experience in sales administration and reporting.
• Experience managing quotations, tenders and customer accounts.
• Proven experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
• Experience in industrial, technical, environmental, facilities, logistics or service industries preferred.
