Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive sales and business development in corporate and university AV integration markets. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, provide technical guidance and grow the sales pipeline across AV solutions and DSP configurations.

The role requires strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, plus willingness to travel and train clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• 3–8 years' sales experience, preferably in AV.
• Proven experience in technical sales within the Audio Visual industry.
• Strong AV product and industry knowledge.
• Experience with integrators and corporate/educational clients.
• Experience with DSP configurations and control systems is advantageous.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) is preferred.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel; valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong client relationships.
• Act as the key contact for client enquiries, orders, training and after-sales support.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage CRM records and provide regular sales reporting.
• Conduct client site visits, inspections and product demonstrations.
• Provide guidance on AV solutions, DSP configurations and control systems.
• Support and deliver product training initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Participate in industry events, demonstrations and training sessions.
• Work with internal teams and partners to deliver AV solutions.
• Maintain professionalism and high customer service standards.
