Qualifications

Senior Automotive Service Advisor with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and automotive software.
Commitment to providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document vehicle service needs.
Translate technical information from technicians into clear terms for customers.
Provide accurate repair estimates and present service recommendations for approval.
Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of the service department efficiently.
