Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' sales management experience.
• Valid Code 8 driver's license is required.
• A proven track record of managing teams and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Motor vehicle or car sales industry experience will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle for the sales team.
• Run daily sales meetings, strategy sessions and KPI performance reviews.
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across divisions.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategies that support growth.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems covering sales performance, rentals and productivity.
• Prepare management reports and work with executive leadership on performance.
• Support deal structuring, deal management and finance-related processes.
