Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in automotive performance engineering.
• Proven experience with powertrain optimization, vehicle dynamics, and data acquisition systems.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS, or similar simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and control systems.
