Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
- 6+ years in automotive manufacturing process engineering.
- Experience with lean manufacturing tools and Six Sigma.
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, and automated assembly systems.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for automotive components focusing on efficiency and quality.
- Analyze production data to identify waste and cost-saving opportunities.
- Design and troubleshoot automated lines, including PLCs and robotics.
- Create SOPs and work instructions for processes.
- Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability.
- Lead CAPA and drive continuous improvements across production lines.
