Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
- 8+ years in automotive mechanical engineering with leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Proficient in CAD and simulation tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS, COMSOL).
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design and development of automotive components and systems.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to production.
- Perform advanced simulations (FEA/CFD) to validate designs.
- Coordinate with electrical, software and manufacturing teams.
- Develop testing protocols and manage project timelines and budgets.
