Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years as an automotive technician with focus on diagnostics.
- Experience with modern diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, engine management, and hybrids/EVs.
- Strong problem-solving and remote communication skills.
- ASE Master Certified or equivalent is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth remote diagnostics on a wide range of vehicle makes/models.
- Develop repair procedures and technical guides for faults.
- Collaborate with support and field technicians to provide solutions.
- Analyze diagnostic data to improve products.
- Stay updated on new automotive technologies and tools.
- Maintain detailed records of findings and resolutions.
