Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Automotive Master Technician or Diagnostic Specialist.
• Deep knowledge of internal combustion engines, hybrid/electric vehicle systems and electronics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, scan tools and oscilloscopes.
• Experience interpreting wiring diagrams, service manuals and bulletins.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for remote work.
• ASE Master Technician certification preferred.

• Provide remote technical assistance to automotive technicians and service centers for complex diagnostic challenges.
