Qualifications

• Professional Architect qualification or a degree in Construction Management/Project Management.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing architectural and construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, contract law, and construction regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the architectural project lifecycle from conceptualization through to project close-out.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, technologists, contractors, and consultants.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
