Starlite Aviation Operations (Pty) Ltd in Durban seeks an experienced AOC Accountable Manager to assume executive accountability for the operational activities and performance of its international and domestic Air Service Licence operations.

Qualifications

• A CPL pilot licence and a business management degree or diploma.
• Safety and Quality Assurance certification.
• Approximately eight years in a senior management role with budgets, performance management and operational compliance.
• Approximately eight years' senior management experience within civil aviation in flight operations, maintenance, safety management or quality management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to the AOC organisation and set strategy, objectives and goals.
• Ensure quality, safety, health and environmental considerations are embedded in decisions.
• Develop and implement systems and controls across the AOC and regulatory compliance.
