Placements24 seeks an experienced Lead Aircraft Systems Integration Engineer to oversee the integration of complex aircraft systems in Rustenburg, North West. You will helm a team through design, testing and certification, ensuring safety and interoperability of electrical, avionics, hydraulic and propulsion subsystems.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant engineering field, 10+ years in aircraft systems engineering, and a proven leadership track.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of aircraft systems engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft architecture and subsystem interactions.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of systems integration engineers; provide guidance and performance management.
• Define system architecture, interfaces, and integration strategies for new programs.
• Oversee development, testing, and validation of integrated aircraft systems (electrical, avionics, hydraulic, propulsion).
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and DO-178C/DO-254 standards.
• Develop integration test plans and manage project timelines and resources.
