Job summary

ATS Client is seeking a Senior AI & Voice Automation Specialist to help build the future of customer conversations. You will create smart voice assistants, design seamless customer journeys, and teach AI to talk like a human (without developing an attitude).

You will work on building intelligent voice journeys, deploying AI-powered voice agents, and integrating AI with business systems to improve satisfaction and automation rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in software or AI engineering.
• Experience building conversational AI in real-world environments.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompts, RAG, and AI evaluation.
• Experience with voice tech or contact centre platforms.
