Job summary

ATS Client is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions across voice, chat, and generative AI. You will build production‑grade AI systems and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI capabilities.

The role focuses on NLP/LLMs, speech technologies (STT/TTS), and governance with a strong emphasis on real‑world impact and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in AI, CS, DS or related field.
• Master’s degree advantageous.
• Relevant AI/ML certifications (e.g., Azure AI) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven chatbots and voice bots.
• Build Generative AI models and NLP/LLM workflows.
• Develop STT and TTS capabilities and integrate speech tech.
• Create production‑grade AI systems aligned with business needs.
• Integrate AI models into systems via APIs.
• Analyze data to support model development and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Ensure governance and privacy compliance for AI solutions.
• Document solutions and provide user guides.
• Stay updated on AI trends and technologies.
