Job summary

Real Hires LLC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate complex ABA workflow problems into practical AI-enabled solutions. You’ll work directly with therapy clients to map processes, identify bottlenecks, and design agents that automate routine tasks.

You’ll deploy AI in familiar tools, maintain safety with guardrails and audit trails, and measure impact by comparing time saved and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying AI agents in production environments.
• Strong skills in software engineering, automation, and integrating AI into existing systems.
• Experience testing AI solutions, setting guardrails, evaluating performance, and tracking decisions.

Responsibilities

• Understand the real problem by working with clients to learn processes and bottlenecks.
• Make work simpler by removing tasks or automating with code or AI agents.
• Build practical AI solutions and deploy within clients' existing tools without forcing new systems.
• Keep people in control with safeguards, testing, and audit trails for reliability and safety.
• Measure impact by comparing results before and after implementation to show time and cost savings.
• Own the outcome from initial client conversation to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
