AiR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Applied AI to design and deploy cutting-edge AI agent systems that power real-world business functions. You will architect, evaluate, and ensure the reliability and safety of our AI products.

This role offers high autonomy in an engineering-led environment, with opportunities to influence architectural decisions from the ground up while tackling technically challenging problems in AI and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production.
• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex frameworks.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Experience building APIs and backend services.
• Understanding of AI system evaluation and reliability.

Responsibilities
