The ideal candidate has 5+ years of aerospace design experience, proficiency with CATIA or NX, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design within the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency in aerospace CAD software (e.g., CATIA, NX) and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN).
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations.
• Experience with systems engineering principles and development lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for aerospace applications, ensuring compliance with strict standards.
• Perform detailed structural analysis , thermal analysis, and vibration testing on aerospace components.
• Create detailed CAD models and technical drawings using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including structural, electrical, and systems engineers.
• Contribute to the selection of materials and manufacturing processes suitable for aerospace environments.
• Support testing, validation, and qualification activities for new designs.
