The position requires a Master’s in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of aerospace design experience, with proficiency in CATIA/SolidWorks and FEA tools such as ANSYS and NASTRAN.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in aerospace mechanical design and analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD (CATIA, SolidWorks) and FEA (ANSYS, NASTRAN).
• Knowledge of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes and standards.
• Thermal/CFD analysis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex mechanical components and systems for aerospace applications, such as structures, mechanisms, and thermal management systems.


• Perform advanced engineering analysis, including stress analysis , thermal analysis, and fatigue life prediction, using specialized software.


• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including aerodynamicists, structural analysts, and systems engineers, throughout the product development lifecycle.


• Create detailed technical documentation, including CAD models, drawings, specifications, and test procedures.


• Support the testing, validation, and qualification of aerospace hardware and systems.


• Troubleshoot design issues and implement effective solutions to meet stringent performance requirements.
