Hire Overseas is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own client relationships, delivery, and retention across key accounts for a fast-moving B2B GTM content studio. You will be the trusted point from deal to renewal, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring steady momentum.

You’ll manage multi-workstream engagements, communicate the value of continued engagement, and drive retention and account growth. This role is 100% remote with US business hours and payment in USD.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end client relationship ownership with named outcomes.
• Experience leading multi-workstream engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to present to senior executives and challenge plans when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end to end from signature through renewal.
• Ensure momentum and timely delivery; prevent stalls.
• Build the case for continued engagement and recurring work.
• Understand each client's business to anticipate next steps.
• Conduct weekly client calls and maintain live progress trackers.
• Review all work before client delivery and maintain quality.
• Coordinate delivery teams and hold them to timelines and standards.
• Translate measurements into revenue language for clients.
