Job summary

RELX is looking for a Senior Data/AI Technical Architect to lead strategic accounts across the Middle East. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders in law firms, corporate legal teams, and government organisations, focusing on retention, expansion, and solution adoption.

This role requires English fluency and SaaS experience, with comfort using Salesforce, Gong, and Sales Navigator. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver value and

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in account management with a focus on renewals and revenue growth.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed retention objectives.
• Comfortable using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Sales Navigator.
• Self-driven and able to manage a remote regional portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Middle East accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute account plans to support renewals, expansion, and solution uptake.
• Build collaborative, consultative relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client meetings, virtual reviews, and product demonstrations to highlight value and encourage deeper adoption.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a consistent and positive client experience.
• Monitor account health, usage insights, and feedback to address risks and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage renewal cycles and maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Contribute market insights and identify opportunities that support regional growth initiatives.
