Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an expert Wireless Network Engineer with a specialization in 5G technologies to join our client’s innovative team. This remote role focuses on the design, deployment, and optimization of advanced wireless networks, ensuring cutting-edge performance and reliability for mobile infrastructure.

You will work with state-of-the-art equipment and collaborate with cross-functional teams on network planning and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of wireless network engineering with a focus on 5G NSA/SA.
• Strong knowledge of LTE/UMTS standards.
• Experience with RF planning tools and network optimization.
• Python scripting for automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design 5G network architecture across RAN, core, and transport.
• Optimize performance, capacity, and coverage.
• Troubleshoot complex wireless issues to ensure high availability.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions.
• Develop specifications and documentation for deployments.
