Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in 3D character animation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional animation skills and understanding of body mechanics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Experience with motion capture cleanup and integration is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling through movement.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and realistic character animations for games, films, or other digital media projects.
• Collaborate with directors and art leads to interpret artistic vision and translate it into animated sequences.
• Refine animation cycles, ensuring fluidity, believability, and emotional resonance.
