Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator with a compelling demo reel.
• Strong knowledge of animation principles (timing, spacing, weight, appeal).

• Experience with rigging and character setup is a plus.

This role is integral to bringing characters and environments to life, ensuring a visually stunning and emotionally resonant experience for our audience. You will collaborate closely with the art and design teams to interpret artistic direction and execute high-quality animations for various projects. We are looking for an artist who is passionate about character performance, skilled in various animation techniques, and dedicated to pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling, contributing to the vibrant culture of our arts and entertainment department.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality character and environment animations for games, films, or other media.
• Animate keyframes, blend shapes, and motion capture data to achieve realistic or stylized performances.
• Work closely with modelers and riggers to ensure animations are technically sound and aesthetically pleasing.
• Incorporate feedback from directors and supervisors to refine animation quality and storytelling.
• Ensure animation timing, weight, and Pacing meet project-specific requirements.
• Manage animation assets and maintain organized project files.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator with a compelling demo reel showcasing animation skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
