The role emphasizes strong character performance, collaboration with directors and artists, and adherence to studio standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional experience and a deep understanding of animation principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a 2D Animator with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Toon Boom Harmony or Adobe Animate.
• Solid understanding of animation principles and storytelling.
• Experience with rigging 2D characters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Animate 2D characters and assets with performance and acting.
• Develop animation cycles, keyframes, and in-between frames.
• Collaborate with directors and animators to match visual style.
• Mentor junior animators and ensure quality standards.
• Optimize assets for performance in the pipeline.
• Contribute to animation style guides and best practices.
