Job summary

Excellerate Services is seeking a Grade B Inspector (NDC Metro) to ensure the effective operation of security sites, provide adequate coverage, and optimise deployment of personnel.

You will conduct daily site inspections, identify compliance risks, respond to incidents and maintain professional client relationships, delivering high service standards.

Reporting to the Key Accounts Manager, you will document activities, maintain records and support the smooth operation of all assigned sites.

Qualifications

• PSIRA Grade B certification is required.
• Matric/Grade 12 with valid driver’s licence.
• Firearm competency (Handgun and Shotgun) required.
• Minimum 2 years of continuous driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Enforce disciplinary code and uphold company standards.
• Ensure adequate site security coverage at all times.
• Deploy security officers according to operational needs.
• Conduct daily site inspections and log entries in Chase.
• Identify and report site irregularities promptly.
• Respond to incidents and provide feedback to Control Room and Manager.
• Maintain client relationships and service standards.
• Keep accurate records and documentation of inspections and incidents.
