Job summary

Express Employment Professionals Vaal Triangle is seeking a Field Service Site Manager to uphold safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction across industrial sites. You will lead a team of site supervisors and technicians, drive safety initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with management to meet deadlines.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, with willingness to work after hours for site breakdowns and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• National Certificate NQF4 or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of safety management systems and regulations.
• Proven leadership, communication and management abilities.
• Experience in project management, team supervision and client relationships.
• Strong administrative capabilities.
• Willingness to work after hours for site breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally with internal teams, external stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
• Lead safety management initiatives and conduct inspections, addressing concerns promptly.
• Coordinate daily activities with site supervisors and management to meet deadlines and goals.
• Compile and analyze performance reports related to safety, milestones, and financial metrics.
• Drive improvement projects to enhance site efficiency, safety, and productivity.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of conveyor systems and equipment, recommending maintenance or repairs.
• Promote product sales and maintain excellent client relationships to foster satisfaction.
• Manage and develop a team of site supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
