Job summary

Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking a dedicated on-site Security Supervisor to manage daily security operations at client sites, ensuring assets and personnel are safeguarded in line with SOPs. You will oversee alarm response, risk assessments, and incident reporting while coordinating with the client security manager.

The role requires PSIRA Grade A, matric or equivalent, and Health & Safety certification, with a focus on training staff, enforcing procedures, and maintaining high safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience in Security Risk Control and incident management.
• Mandatory Psira Grade A certification.
• Matric or equivalent with Health and Safety certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security in line with site SOPs.
• Complete weekly and timely reporting of incidents and alarms.
• Ensure health and safety standards (OHASA) are followed.
• Train and supervise Thorburn security staff and ensure presentable appearance.
