Job summary

Express Employment Professionals Midrand is seeking a diligent administrator to assist the Portfolio Manager with day-to-day administration and scheme management in Centurion.

You will handle emails, letters of complaint, trustee communications, and ensure compliance with SARS, FICA, POPI & PAIA, while supporting banking, invoicing, and audit packs. You will also attend AGMs and assist with payments and Pastel updates.

Responsibilities

• Assistance to Portfolio Manager on a daily basis with administration and management of the schemes
• Addressing e-mails on a daily basis
• Addressing letters of complaint
• Dealing with trustees and owners of sectional title schemes
• Ensure Compliance with all documentation, process and procedures for SARS, FICA, POPI & PAIA
• Attending to banking and management of supplier invoicing
• Preparing of Audit packs for portfolio
• Updating of bank statements on Pastel
• Attending AGM’s with Portfolio Manager, taking minutes of meeting, typing of minutes
• Attendance to AGM’s after hours / via teams or at the venue
• Insurance claims
• Daily control of checklists
• Day to day project maintenance and daily interaction with suppliers and contractors
• Uploading of water & sanitation fees on Excel spreadsheet, transfer to CSV file, and uploading to Pastel file
• Preparation of payment of invoices from contractors, garden services, COT etc.
• CSOS annual returns
