Overview

Experienced SEO Specialist (Part-Time, Remote – South Africa) opportunity with Altum HR on behalf of a growing SEO agency.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies across multiple campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to drive performance
• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements to boost organic rankings
• Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends
• Collaborate with the wider digital team to align SEO with content, design, and marketing goals

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site audits and optimization
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in organic performance
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• A self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and deliver results
