Job summary

ATS Client in Midrand is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery in a fast-paced technology environment, focused on excellence, continuous improvement, and predictable outcomes. The role requires 6+ years as Scrum Master/Agile PM, deep Scrum knowledge, ability to coach multiple teams, strong stakeholder engagement, and solid communication.

You will facilitate ceremonies, partner with Product Owners, and drive process improvements across delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as Scrum Master/Agile PM in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience coaching multiple agile teams and engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to improve delivery processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage communication around delivery risks, scope changes, dependencies, and impediments.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint commitment management.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and delivery tools.
• Provide Agile reporting and delivery updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams to resolve blockers and dependencies.
