Job summary

EQPLUS TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within an established IT environment. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams and help maintain a productive Agile atmosphere across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

You will partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to improve planning, remove impediments and promote transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a certified Scrum Master.
• Proven Scrum experience within an SDLC/IT environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support teams in applying Scrum principles and Agile ways of working.
• Identify and help remove impediments affecting delivery.
• Promote collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement.
