Job summary

Smart4 Cloud is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams. You will work with Product Owners, technology teams and business stakeholders to facilitate delivery, remove impediments and ensure teams deliver measurable business value.

In this hybrid role, you will mentor teams, promote Scrum rituals, manage backlogs, track progress, and report on delivery metrics while building collaboration across business and tech units.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience leading and coaching Agile teams.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with Product Owners and managing product backlogs.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Agile/Scrum teams within environment.

• Encourage collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement and team ownership.
• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are prioritised and regularly refined.
• Ensure backlog priorities remain aligned with business objectives, customer requirements and product strategy.
• Support teams in breaking down requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Track sprint progress, delivery commitments and key Agile metrics.
• Provide clear progress reporting and delivery visibility to stakeholders.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify, manage and resolve team impediments and delivery risks.
• Proactively manage internal and external dependencies affecting delivery.
• Escalate issues where appropriate and drive resolution across teams.
• Facilitate communication between Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams delivering digital client-facing platforms and products.

About the Role

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience leading and coaching Agile teams.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with Product Owners and managing product backlogs.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing dependencies, impediments and delivery risks.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery metrics and reporting.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products or platforms.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
