Job summary

Boardroom Appointments in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive agile practices within cross-functional teams. You will lead daily stand-ups, plan and facilitate technical sessions and retrospectives, and help the team deliver value against the roadmap.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Scrum Master in IT, with strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, plus familiarity with waterfall where needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant BA Certification and/or Scrum Master Certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, within an IT environment.
• At least 5 years experience as a Scrum Master is essential.
• Strong understanding of agile principles, values, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with waterfall methodology and ability to adapt to different project requirements.
• Business analysis experience is a definite advantage.
