Job summary

Kuda is seeking a Scrum Master to drive agile maturity across its engineering teams in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will coach cross-functional squads, streamline ceremonies, and remove blockers to sustain delivery velocity while aligning work with product roadmaps.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in agile roles, strong coaching skills, and a deep understanding of scaling frameworks. A hybrid work model and diverse team culture await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Experience in FinTech or scale-up environments.
• Experience guiding multi-disciplinary squads (Engineers, QA, Designers, PMs).
• Strong understanding of scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or similar).
• Ability to measure and improve team performance using metrics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies for large cross-functional teams.
• Coach squads on agile practices, backlog refinement, and estimation.
• Identify and resolve blockers to maintain delivery velocity.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to align sprint goals with roadmaps.
• Maintain transparent, real-time sprint progress for stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and quality checks in fintech delivery.
